Shipment processing times
All in stock Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Our made to order furniture has a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Once you place your order you will receive an email from one of our team with an estimated date of delivery. We use a local courier service and will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Please contact us if you have a specific delivery date requirement so that we can assist you in hitting deadlines.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Alternatively if you place your order via email, your shipping charges will be included in the quote.
Damages
The Ayris Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and action a repair.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
